This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Studios ("we", "us", "our") handles data in connection with this website and our use of social media platform tools. We operate as a sole proprietorship based in Germany and are the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website is informational. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use our own content-management tools to publish content to social media accounts that we own (for example on TikTok, X, Instagram, and Facebook). To do this, we connect to these accounts through the platforms' official interfaces after we authorize the connection ourselves.
In this process we access only the data needed to publish our own content, such as our account profile information and the technical tokens that authorize publishing. We access only accounts that belong to us. We do not collect, store, or process personal data of other users of these platforms, and we do not sell any data.
The authorization tokens for our own connected accounts are stored securely on our own server and are used solely to publish our content. They are not shared with third parties beyond the respective platform.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
